Project Manager

Due to a massive increase in demand in our custom manufacturing operation, we need to add a Project Manager to our team to help increase production capability. As we are in a period of dynamic growth, we need a flexible, dynamic thinker to help us shape up for the future.

This role would suit an existing PM from Manufacturing, Construction or Industrial background, or perhaps an Ops Manager looking to step up. 

Duties include;

• Leading and building the team, with a strong focus on Culture - a Leader not an Order-Giver
• Assisting with optimisation of the operation to create more flexible capabilities for our customers
• Accountable for Production rates, Safety, Efficiency, all leading into a strong bottom line
• Support Senior Management in budget allocations and workforce strategic management
