Job Connect are working with an exceptionally successful company who are seeking a Customer Service and Payroll Officer to assist their Admin team in the Hemmant area.

The role will mainly consist of liaising with internal and external customers to provide updates on orders, carrying out payroll, data entry and other administration tasks.

 

An Ideal Customer Service and Payroll Administrator will possess:

  • Experience in office based Administration and liaising with Customers via phone/emails professionally and confidently is required
  • Demonstrated ability to use Pronto or other similar payroll software
  • An ability to communicate with different teams to seek and provide information such as updates on customer orders etc
  • Experience on Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc

 

In return you will enjoy:

  • Hourly Rate of $35 - $37/hr + Penalties
  • Flexible starts but sitting around 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday

  • ASAP starts or notice periods are also fine
