Machine Operators - Batch Mixing & Forklift Operating

Job Connect have the privilege of working with a giant in the Adhesives and Building Supplies industry seeking experienced and knowledgeable Batch Production Machine Operators.

Experienced Production staff will be operating mixing, bagging, filling and fast pack machines as well as emptying 20 kg bags into hoppers, liaising with lab and QA and operating Forklifts to make quality adhesive product with a focus on safety!

You will be joining a team of experienced professionals that match your skills which will include:

• Prior Batch Production experience, following recipes or batch sheets to mix ingredients on an industrial scale and check quality with lab team
• Experience operating computerized Machines to blend product be it Foods, Liquids, Powders or Chemicals
• Experience and ticket on a forklift license to move pallets and product
• Ability to regularly carry out manual tasks like lifting 20kg bags into hoppers at times
• Desire to work stable Day, Afternoon, or Night Shifts (no rotating shifts)
